About the Role

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, contributing your expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer Solutions.

This role is a 12‑month structured development program designed to prepare high‑potential talent to become the next generation of Solution Engineers in Contract Logistics. You will be equipped with our methodology, values, and solution‑design capabilities, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure across operations, engineering, and customer engagement.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be ready to independently design contract logistics solutions and transition into a Customer Solutions Analyst role.

What You Will Be Doing on a Daily Basis

As part of the program, your learning and responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining hands‑on operational experience by working in a fulfilment or distribution center for approximately 3 months
  • Participating in classroom training and e‑learning sessions to build professional logistics knowledge across customer solutions and beyond
  • Working closely with a dedicated coach from the Engineering team throughout the program
  • Undergoing development assessments and feedback sessions to identify strengths and development areas
  • Collaborating within a global peer community and learning from experienced engineers and team members
  • Supporting the design of efficient warehouse solutions, including: Warehouse layout and process design Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) considerations Evaluation of mechanization and automation options
  • Learning how to translate technical designs into commercial models that demonstrate clear customer and business value
  • Presenting solution proposals and recommendations in a structured, customer‑focused manner
