We are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Service & Support Executive to deliver excellent service to our customers. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Handle walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly
Manage appointment schedules, service tickets, follow-ups, and customer updates
Coordinate and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases
Maintain accurate repair logs and prepare service-related reports
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related fields
Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
