◆Role Overview:

Our client, an established multinational organisation, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to support Customer Service and Supply Chain Operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory planning, warehousing and logistics coordination to ensure seamless operations and high service standards. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and delivery performance. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

◆Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and order closure.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and Sales teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet customer demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle count activities.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to achieve on-time delivery performance.
• Verify logistics-related invoices, manage shipment cost postings and maintain accurate transaction records in SAP.
• Administer insurance declarations and claims, working with insurers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements and cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

[Good to Have]

• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
