Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Team Lead to be part of their Customer Service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Team Lead:
- Lead and coach a team of Service Executives, overseeing daily operations, staff support, and resource planning.
- Plan and coordinate service and maintenance jobs, working closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to optimise manpower utilisation.
- Act as the main point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring prompt responses and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Manage end-to-end work orders using systems such as SAP or Salesforce, including tracking job progress, parts, and inventory.
- Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows and enhancing service turnaround time and efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in service documentation, job costing, and support timely invoicing and warranty claims.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as response time, job completion, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder
- 3 years of experience in customer service with exposure in mechanical or electrical equipment
- Experience in leading a team
