Job Scope
- Supervise a small team, ensure shipments are arranged on time, maintain compliance with trade regulations, and support smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise daily export, and transshipment operations
- Mentor and manage a small team of freight staff
- Coordinate with internal teams: sales, finance, and warehouse
- Handle client and vendor communications resolve service issues
- Negotiate freight rates and agreements with vendors and business partners
- Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with regulations
- Monitor operational KPIs and suggest process improvements
Requirement
- NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
- Possess Certified Customs Declarant or Dangerous Goods certification will be advantageous
