Responsibilities
. Act as the primary operational point ofcontact for assigned key and strategic customers.
. Build strong, trust-based relationshipsthrough proactive and professional engagement.
. Develop deep understandingof customer business, applications, and buying behaviour to deliver tailored support.
. Manage quotations, sales orders, and changerequests, including complex and high-value transactions.
. Interpret and validate technical requirementssuch as part numbers, configurations, and specifications.
. Ensure accuracy, commercial alignment,and timely execution of all transactions.
. Own the full order lifecycle fromenquiry through delivery and after-sales support.
. Proactively monitor order status, deliverycommitments, and potential risks.
. Drive resolution offulfilment issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
. Collaborate closely with Sales, SupplyChain, Finance, and other relevant teams to deliver seamless execution.
Take ownership of escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communicationto customers.
. Support customer meetings,reviews, and joint engagements where required.
. Analyse customer data, trends, and buyingpatterns to generate insights and support account development.
. Identify and drive improvements in processes,service levels, and customer experience.
. Ensure adherence to pricing policies, internalcontrols, and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree inMechanical Engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experiencein customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, within industrial,engineering, or technical environments.
. Computer Skills: Proficient inMicrosoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1, and the ability to quickly learn businesssystems and other software platforms as required.
