This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Singapore with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries through calls and digital platforms, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
