Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and idiomatically in both written and spoken forms. Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct client/student-facing experience in support, service, counseling, or event planning. Prior experience studying abroad and familiarity with Singapore's educational and social environment will be highly advantageous.

Problem-Solving & Execution: Excellent independent problem-solving skills. Able to coordinate resources, respond promptly, and drive issues to resolution in complex situations.
Organization, Coordination & Multi-tasking: Capable of efficiently planning, organizing activities, and handling multiple concurrent tasks to ensure all service details are meticulously followed through.
Communication & Relationship Management: Possesses exceptional communication skills. Able to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with students, parents, and various partners.
Responsibility & Professional Ethics: High integrity with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Adheres strictly to confidentiality principles and handles sensitive information with utmost care.
