Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Specialist to support the company in handling technical inquiries and order management, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing technical support to customers including technical order review, order processing.

  • Ensure timely delivery and provide product problem recognition/resolution.

  • Provide technical information/education for customers and identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service.

  • Any other assignment from supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of technical customer service experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/ Manufacturing Industry.

  • A diploma in a related field is preferred or equivalent working experience is required. (Technical or engineering disciplines are welcome to apply)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel and proficient with customer order management systems.

  • Good interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with a customer service mindset.

  • A collaborative team player with proven organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience in production management and cross-sites production allocation coordination and collaborate with sales & operation teams to resolve production/delivery issues a bonus.

Working hours:

12-hour Swing Shift Employees

  • Working Hours: 9 am-9 pm (4 On, 3 Off) Followed by (3 On, 4 Off)

  • Weekends Required
