We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold the premium standards of our brand.
Deliver exceptional front-line customer service in a premium clinic environment
Conduct teleconsultations with prospective clients and follow-up calls after treatments
Manage reception duties: client check-in/out, appointment scheduling, payments, and daily operations
Respond promptly to enquiries from social media platforms, Google reviews, and website channels
Support sales conversion through professional telesales and relationship-building
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised clinic reception area
Work closely with doctors and aesthetic therapists to ensure smooth client journeys
Minimum Diploma qualification
At least 3 years of customer service / telesales experience
Prior experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty, skincare, wellness, or medical environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in handling high-end clientele
Sales-oriented mindset with service excellence
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work retail hours including Saturdays
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
Monday - Friday: 10:30am - 7:30pm
Tuesday: 10:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 3:30pm
