Analyze order deviations and implement corrective actions.
Prepare monthly KPI reports related to subcontracting operations.
To assist the team per Quality Quarantine procedure to block out the affected bad lots before shipment.
Drive process improvements in subcontracting workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors to improve performance and reliability.
Generate monthly operational and subcontracting performance reports.
Coordinate returns, credit/debit notes, and issue resolutions with subcontractors.
Support audits and compliance requirements related to subcontracting operations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 3 years previous Experience as Planner or Scheduler (Order Fulfillment / Logistic) in Electronics sector
Candidate must have attributes link to basic order management job (Positive attitude, resourceful, able to communicate with different level and cross functional team, capable of handling difficult and demanding customers/situation etc)
Able to work independently.
Strong in analyzing information and data.
Firm in character and able to work in a stressful environment.
Computer literacy in MS Office - PowerPoint presentation / Excel
