Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional support
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including quotations, order confirmation, and delivery coordination
  • Proactively follow up on project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and sales teams to meet customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with company capabilities
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback or issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders, and project updates
  • Support continuous improvement by highlighting customer feedback and operational gaps
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service / admin experience (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office
