We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to job completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information on the company's services and pricing.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with customers and operations teams.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on customer confirmations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after service and assist with payment collection when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is an advantage.
