Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle shipment bookings
- Coordinate space reservations and track availability
- Work closely with the Import/Export team to ensure seamless job execution
- Prepare and send pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrival or departure
- Review daily arrival and departure updates and communicate relevant details to customers
- Ensure all special requests and handling instructions from customers are properly followed
- Interact with all involved parties efficiently and professionally, applying negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure a tidy work environment
- Foster and enhance strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
