Job Description

Beauty Salon Customer Service / Receptionist

office base

Working Hours

. 5.5 days work week

. Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

. Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels

. Schedule and manage client appointments, and make adjustments when needed

. Assist in checking and recording inventory levels, and report any shortages in time

. Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and appointment history

. Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations

. Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

. Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

. Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality

. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software

. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a roster basis
