Customer Service & Sales Executive

• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their renovation needs and recommend suitable products while explaining product features and technical specifications.

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, chat and phone, providing product information, quotations, order updates, delivery coordination and after-sales support.

• Follow up with showroom customers and enquiries, ensuring the showroom and product displays are well-maintained.

Requirement:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, confident and patient approach.

• Able to understand customer needs, explain technical product details clearly and provide solutions without a hard-selling approach.
