Customer Service/Sales Coordinator

Tri-Wall (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our core team in Singapore. What You'll Do

You will be instrumental in managing the flow of our business, from initial sales to final delivery.

1. Provide essential administrative support for marketing and sales strategies.

2. Engage in handling marketing channels, campaigns, and organisational/product branding efforts.

3. Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless business interactions.

4. Execute key procurement activities, including developing the procurement plan and managing the supplier selection process.

5. Perform essential freight forwarding tasks and manage all required trade documentation.

6. Execute daily warehousing tasks, handle detailed inventory planning, and support inventory audits.

7. Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
