Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

. Diploma in Business studies or equivalent

. Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping

. Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage

. Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

. Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.

. Process customers quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner

. Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system

. Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status

. Process export documentation for shipments to other region

. Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)

. Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers orders.

. Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed

. Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target
