We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients at a Community Hospital environment, ensuring a polite and welcoming experience.

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception counter, including call handling and appointment scheduling.
Provide clear directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities.
Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain an organised front-desk area.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security protocols.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on a shift basis (Day Shift or Night Shift).
Willingness to work at hospital locations (Bedok South or Simei).
Work Pass Eligibility: We are open to considering candidates of various nationalities, including those eligible for S-Pass application, provided they meet the job requirements and prevailing MOM criteria.
Selection Process: All candidates will be evaluated based on their experience, communication skills, and suitability for a healthcare environment.
