About the Role
This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance, compliance, and service excellence, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives within the outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding quality, compliance, and service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues proactively to ensure product excellence.
- Ensure outbound processes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Attend to customer feedback and lead root cause analysis using 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
- Manage customer returns and warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and audit outbound logistics processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead initiatives to reduce outbound defects and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks in outbound operations through statistical analysis and process audits.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth outbound operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Quality Management).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a quality function (Manufacturing or Distribution Center background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers/partners.
