Job Description

Location: Tuas South (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm

About the Role

This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance, compliance, and service excellence, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives within the outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding quality, compliance, and service standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues proactively to ensure product excellence.
  • Ensure outbound processes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Attend to customer feedback and lead root cause analysis using 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
  • Manage customer returns and warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor and audit outbound logistics processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead initiatives to reduce outbound defects and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in outbound operations through statistical analysis and process audits.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth outbound operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Quality Management).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a quality function (Manufacturing or Distribution Center background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers/partners.
