Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Min 1 year of working experience in manufacturing / distribution centre
Job scope:
- Act as the primary liaision between the companies as well as customers
- Ensuring outbound process meets customers specification standards
- Managing customer returns, warranty claims and feedback loops
- Generate report, scorecards for dashboard metrics & Monitoring and handling administrative duties
- Support corrective and preventative actions and ensure follow through of improvement plans
- Other adhoc assigned
