We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support customer accounts within the Sales & Customer Service team.

This role offers an opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, order processing and coordination skills. Industry experience is not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, delivery charges and lead times
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate order fulfilment
• Support Sales with quotations and customer requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Prepare and submit delivery documents for invoicing
• Follow up on pending orders and outstanding requirements
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and customer information
• Provide administrative support related to customer service and order management

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Administration or Supply Chain
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• Strong administrative and order processing capabilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Responsive with good follow-up skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines accurately
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Industry experience is not required — training will be provided
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents only
• Work pass sponsorship is not available
