Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist the Customer Service Supervisor in the daily operational tasks

  • To promptly handle Customer's & Overseas enquiries on Air Export Booking / Air Import arrangements

  • Liaise with Airlines / Co-loaders for space booking

  • Liaise with transporters on cargo collections / deliveries

  • To service assigned customers as 1 contact window for both import/export

  • To liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates

  • To ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures

  • To complete job invoicing and permit declarations for Air Import / Export jobs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/ Degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding with air freight and/or with master co-loader knowledge

  • Team player with strong operational knowledge

  • Possess good customer service & coordination skills

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Pleasant/Positive personality, self motivated with a desire to excel

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to work independently

  • DGR trained will be an advantage
