JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist the Customer Service Supervisor in the daily operational tasks
To promptly handle Customer's & Overseas enquiries on Air Export Booking / Air Import arrangements
Liaise with Airlines / Co-loaders for space booking
Liaise with transporters on cargo collections / deliveries
To service assigned customers as 1 contact window for both import/export
To liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
To ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures
To complete job invoicing and permit declarations for Air Import / Export jobs
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding with air freight and/or with master co-loader knowledge
Team player with strong operational knowledge
Possess good customer service & coordination skills
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant/Positive personality, self motivated with a desire to excel
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work independently
DGR trained will be an advantage
