We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, Japanese-speaking Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience across all commucations channels.
Responsibilities:
. Communicate confidently in fluent Japanese with Japanese patients
. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person
. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
. Excellent English-language to Japanese-language translating skills (verbal and written)
. Excellent communication skills
. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
. Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
. Basic computer skills
. Minimum qualification : Diploma/High School/Graduate, fluent in Japanese and Good command in English Preferred (spoken + written)
. Japanese proficiency of JLPT level N3 minimumly
. Prior experience in customer service or call center roles
. Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
