Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception & Front Desk Management
- Greet and attend to patients, visitors, and walk-ins in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Ensure patients are attended to promptly and guided through the registration and consultation process smoothly
Appointment & Patient Coordination
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Follow up with patients on upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and wellness programs when necessary
Administrative & Operational Support
- Register patients accurately and maintain proper documentation of patient records
- Handle data entry and maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with clinic policies
Customer Service & Patient Experience
- Respond professionally to patient enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walkins
- Provide clear explanations of clinic services, treatment packages, wellness programs, and promotions
- Address patient concerns and feedback professionally, escalating issues appropriately when necessary
- Build positive relationships with patients to enhance overall patient satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or clinic management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- GCE O Level or Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.
