Job Description

You will manage the customer service counter, attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries/feedback, support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers, handling of promotional gift / bank rewards redemptions, handling systems relating to shopper management and loyalty programme, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O level with at least 2 years relevant experience. Diploma holders will have an added advantage
  • A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • 5 days work week
  • Candidates with experience in shopping mall or service industry are encouraged to apply
