Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures highest standard of service delivery to tenants/ customers/ visitors.

  • Handle first level enquires, through incoming calls, email or walk in

  • Understand tenants/ customers/ visitors needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answer to their queries and concerns.

  • Gather tenants/ customers feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions.

  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with tenants/ customers.

  • Ensure smooth visitors registration.

  • Assist and provides support for tenant events activities in the aspects of registration to ensure events organized by tenants within the building premises run smoothly.

  • Manage car park application include promoting season parking.

  • Coordinating with relevant parties on tenant directory, digital panel, website and TV screen.

  • Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.

  • Attend to urgent cases referred by Building Manager.
