Job Responsibilities:
- Course Administration
- Handle enquiries, course registrations, and day-to-day training administration efficiently
- Training Operations Support
- Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events such as seminars, roadshows, and corporate programmes.
- Supplier & Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre's reputation and increase course demand.
