Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Officer to be outsourced to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and complaints via phone, providing prompt and professional customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience will be an added advantage.

Others:

Location: SPH News Centre, Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm (Required to work 1 weekend per month)
Salary: $13.50/hour
Contract Period: 6 months
