Customer Service Officer (Contract)

You will attend to phoneenquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's highlevel of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

. Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in aprofessional and prompt manner.

. Update complete and accurate information on customerinteraction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

. Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised tocustomers.

. Alert management of issues and concerns that requireescalation for complete resolution.

. Work closely with stakeholders on the service requestrequirements.

. Deliver service requests within stipulated servicestandards.

. Work collaboratively as a team to clear all queues in thesystem promptly.

. Attend all compulsory training sessions and team huddlesas scheduled or requested by management to maintain service quality andoperational alignment.

. Undertake projects or otherresponsibilities as assigned.
