Customer Service Officer

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to $3200

• Working Days: 5 Working days

• Marsiling/ Jurong East/Yishun/ Tanjong Pagar( Can choose your preference location)

  10am - 8pm weekdays (4 days)

  10am - 6pm weekends (1 day)

Responsibilities:

• Assess customers loan applications, financial information and creditworthiness.

• Advise customers on suitable loan products, interest rates and repayment terms.

• Verify supporting documents and ensure applications meet bank/lender requirements and compliance guidelines.

• Liaise with customers, credit teams and other departments to facilitate loan approval and disbursement.

• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on applications, documentation and outstanding requirements.
