Job Description:
.Attend to walk in clients
. Attend to enquiries via emails/chats/phone calls
. Sorting/filing of daily mails
. Send out renewal notifications to clients
. Follow up with clients on renewals
. Updating of database
. Simple admin tasks as assigned Job Requirement
. Min N Level
. 1-2 years experience in an admin / coordinator role
. Good Customer Service
. Meticulous in work
. Able to work 3 days a week (Wed to Fri)
. Working hours: 9:30 am - 6pm
. Location: Suntec Office Tower
