Customer Service Officer
Salary: SGD 2,300-3,300 (Basic) + AWS Location: Changi Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
  2. Maintain good working relationship with customers.
  3. Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory-related matters.
  4. Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
  5. Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
  7. Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.
  8. Provide after-hours support for customer enquiries when required.
  9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • No experience required, training will be provided.
  • Candidates with prior experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service will have an added advantage.
