Customer Service Officer
Salary: SGD 2,300-3,300 (Basic) + AWS Location: Changi Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
- Maintain good working relationship with customers.
- Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory-related matters.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
- Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.
- Provide after-hours support for customer enquiries when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - No experience required, training will be provided.
- Candidates with prior experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service will have an added advantage.
