Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, maintain long-term relationships, and promote value-added professional services.
- Secure policy renewals and identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and their referrals, including additional coverage and repeat purchases.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, providing high-quality after-sales support.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and client-focused projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinanydisciplineIIQEPaper1and3required.
- Minimum3yearsofworkingexperienceintheinsuranceindustry.ExposuretoHighNetWorth(HNW)clientsisanadvantage.
- Solidandcomprehensiveknowledgeofgeneralinsuranceproducts,withstrongcustomerservice,conflictmanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.
- NativeorbilingualproficiencyinEnglishandChinese(bothwrittenandspoken).GoodcommandinMandarinisadistinctadvantagegiventheclientprofile.
- Detail-minded,highlyorganized,andcapableofmanagingmultiplepriorities.
- Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications(Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
- Immediateavailabilityispreferred.
