Contract Duration: 3-months (Extendable up to 1-year)
Work Location: Toa Payoh
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Responsibilities:
- Handle CRMS calls and respond to applicant inquiries.
- Schedule new appointments and manage rescheduling.
- Advise applicants on application procedures, eligibility, and related queries.
- Create assessment numbers for new applicants without an existing RHD reference.
- Provide guidance on inquiries and payment matters.
- Inform applicants of application or allocation status for acknowledged and registered cases (non-priority, public line provided).
- Collect information on applicants requests for early allocation to support MIC's further review.
Requirement:
- GCE O Levels
- Relevant experience in handling customer enquiry through phone calls
- Only Singaporeans
