Job scope

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
• Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
• Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
• Ensure data entry of keying of customer's details and mobile details with accuracy
• Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

Requirements

• Love to interact with customers
• 5.5 days working including weekends and PH
• Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
