Job Description

Our Customer Service Officer/ Receptionist main job is to handle paperwork, enquiries and sales.

Job description:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks at centre including collection of fees, registration, checking attendance records
  • Liaising with maintenance staff
  • Dealing with new sales enquiries
  • Liaising with existing students and parents
  • Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders for supplies, verification of receipt

Skills/Qualification:

  • Diploma/ITE
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized and efficient
  • Competent with using computer with Microsoft Office
  • 5 day work week (compulsory to work over the weekends and Public Holidays)
