Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries and concerns in a service-oriented manner
- Handle administrative tasks related to student and course registrations
- Provide accurate information on enrichment programmes and advise parents on suitable course options
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and email with professionalism
- Follow up with prospective families and support them through the enrollment process
- Promote new courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programme offerings
- Work towards company sales targets and help maximize customer retention
- Support daily operations and maintain high service standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or higher
- Able to commit to working on weekends
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
