Summary:

Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices using Microsoft Dynamics.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers, and warehouse staff for timely deliveries.

• Prepare and check delivery documents.

• Update stock-in and stock-out records in the system.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative support.

• Maintain proper records and filing.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, coordination, or related support functions is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
