Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day call centre operations, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Liaise with customers and vendors to coordinate appointments and fulfil service orders
- Prepare and manage customer and vendor correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Identify, report, and follow up on booking system errors or service issues
- Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as required
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in any discipline or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technology-related environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, adaptable, positive attitude, and able to support work outside regular hours when required
