Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day call centre operations, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to coordinate appointments and fulfil service orders
  • Prepare and manage customer and vendor correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Identify, report, and follow up on booking system errors or service issues
  • Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Min diploma in any discipline or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technology-related environment
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent, adaptable, positive attitude, and able to support work outside regular hours when required
