Job Description

MNC Environment

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus + Overtime)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Submit reports promptly in accordance with established customer schedules.
  • Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures provide recommendations to Customer Service Managers and Management for improvements.
  • Liaise closely with customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct cycle counts as scheduled and maintain proper documentation for audit trail purposes.
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory management within the customer's WMS system.
  • Complete all billing activities promptly and accurately, supported by the necessary documentation.
  • Collate and compute monthly KPI reports, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Achieve and maintain KPI targets, while proactively suggesting improvements when necessary.

  • Customer Service Orientated and team player
  • Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
