Job Description

You will manage customer service and address project-related queries from residents with tact and patience, fostering positive relationships through effective bilingual communication. You will coordinate administrative and operational tasks to support timely project completion and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to residents feedback, queries, requests, and complaints with tact and patience to maintain positive community relations
  • Prepare detailed administrative reports on key project indicators such as unit completion status, and residents choices or changes
  • Develop and maintain organized work schedules and documentation systems to support project workflows
  • Establish and maintain systematic filing and documentation processes for efficient information management
  • Liaise proactively with sub-contractors to communicate residents requirements and changes, ensuring punctual completion of housing units
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between HDB, Residents Committees (RCs), and Town Councils to support project objectives and community engagement
  • Communicate fluently in English and one other official language to ensure clear and inclusive interactions with residents and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to speak one other Chinese dialect is a plus, supporting enhanced communication with diverse resident groups
