Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and manage reservations or bookings for clients
- Communicate with clients via phone and in person to provide information and assistance
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for clients or patients
- Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in customer service or front-facing roles is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
