Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for students and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, registration processes, and training programs.
Assist customers with registration, documentation, and administrative processes related to training programs.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
Support daily administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of GCE O Levels or Higher Nitec in any field.
Previous experience in a similar educational or training industry is advantageous, or candidates with demonstrable cross-functional skills are encouraged to apply.
Highly independent and self-motivated to achieve KPIs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach across different communication channels.
Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
