Job responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure quality of services are kept and maintained within Company's directions.
2. To provide excellent customer service and to build and establish long-term relationship with our customers.
3. Handle & manage customers inquiries & bookings.
4. Provide administrative support
5. Promote Spa products and services.
6. Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatment records.
7. Follow up on client's after treatment experience.
8. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
9. Any other administrative task when required.
