Job Description:
The Guest Service Officer is responsible for welcoming passengers and providing friendly, helpful service in the transit lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers in a polite and professional manner
- Explain lounge packages, membership options, and current promotions
- Inform passengers about available facilities such as shower rooms, nap rooms, and lounge services, including pricing
- Help passengers choose suitable packages based on their needs
- Handle billing, cashiering, and basic cash transactions accurately
- Ensure passengers have a comfortable and pleasant experience in the lounge
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
