Working Hours:
- 3 days with alternate 4 days work week
- 7.30am - 8pm
- 9.30am - 10pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Attend to all walk-in enquiries from customers.
- Handle lost-and-found enquiries.
- Handle customers phone call enquiries.
- Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
- Other ad-hoc customer service related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O levels and above. Prior 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills with pleasant and positive attitude.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
- Able to commit to shifts.
