Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and responsible Customer Service

Officer to support the daily operations of the clubhouse and event venue. The role

involves front desk duties, member engagement, facility coordination, and event

support in a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional

manner

. Handle front desk enquiries, phone calls, bookings, and general daily

communications

. Support clubhouse and venue operations, including scheduling, event

coordination, registration, and basic setup

. Assist with venue setup, teardown, and movement of furniture or equipment

when required

. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational needs

. Maintain cleanliness, pantry supplies, and overall tidiness of reception and

common areas

. Perform opening and closing duties, including securing the premises

. Support simple administrative tasks, inventory checks, welcome packs, and ad-

hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements

. Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or front-of-house

roles is preferred

. Friendly personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

. Service-oriented, organised, and attentive to details

. Able to multitask and work independently

. Team player with a professional attitude. Comfortable working in a friendly and dynamic environment

. Physically fit and willing to assist with moving furniture for events

. Willing to work PM shift, full shift, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and

public holidays depending on roster and operational needs
